Applications/Leases

Rental Criteria: This form explains the criteria we use to evaluate your application and describes our occupancy requirements.
Rental Application: You must complete this Rental Application to be considered for one of our apartments. Once we receive your signed application, application fee, application deposit and guarantor information (if required) we can process your application.
Lease Agreement: Once your application is accepted, you will need to sign the Lease Agreement. It is a legally binding contract that contains all the terms and conditions of your residency. A member of our customer service staff will be glad to explain the Lease to you and answer any questions you might have. This contract must be signed before an apartment can be leased to you.
Guarantor Agreement: If you do not make three times the monthly or annual rent, you will need a Guarantor to guaranty your lease. A parent or legal guardian may sign this form.
